  1. 15-18 vanilla cup unsweetened cocoa cup white

  3. 750 g cream cheese,

  4. 1 x 440 g can sweetened condensed

  5. 375 g plain chocolate chips,

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 150C.

  2. Place vanilla wafers between 2 layers of greaseproof paper. Crush wafers with a rolling pin to make about 1½ cups of crumbs.

  3. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl and mix well.

  4. Press onto the bottom of a 22 cm springform pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and put aside.

  5. Place softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer set at high speed until light and fluffy.

  6. Gradually add condensed milk to the cream cheese, beating well after each addition.

  7. Add melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla extract and beat well. Spoon mixture over the baked crust base.

  8. Bake cheesecake for about 1 hour or until set.

  9. Cool to room temperature and then chill for at least 4 hours.

  10. Serve with fresh whipped cream and strawberries.
