  1. 4 Chicken breast halves - skin removed

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Paprika

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped (medium)

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red pepper - chopped (small) (or chopped roasted red pepper)

  8. 3 Garlic cloves - minced

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried rosemary

  10. 1 can Crushed tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)

  11. 1 packet Frozen peas - (10 oz)

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika. In skillet, heat oil and brown chicken. Put chicken in crock pot.

  2. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, except peas. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours. One hour before serving add peas. Serve over rice.
