  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. Gradually add mayonnaise, beating until smooth. Add salad dressing, beating until smooth. Stir in blue cheese, thyme, and pistachios; set aside. In large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pierogies in a single layer. Cook for 4 minutes, shaking skillet occasionally. Carefully turn pierogies, reduce heat to medium, and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until pierogies are light golden brown and hot. Place on serving platter and serve immediately with dip.
