  2. 1 1/4 teaspoons 6 1/3ml Salt - divided

  3. 2 1/2 lbs 1135g / 40oz Chicken - cut into 8 pieces 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Dry bread crumbs

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine Worcestershire with 1 teaspoon of the salt. Brush over chicken; let stand 1 hour. Mix flour, bread crumbs and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil, 1/4 inch deep, until chicken is brown and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
