  1. 1 Mori-Nu silken style tofu - (12 1/3 oz) - firm or extra firm

  2. 2 cups 474ml Soy milk

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1 Cayenne pepper

  7. 1 Ground nutmeg

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Soy parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions In a food processor or blender, place all of the ingredients, except the soy parmesan cheese, and blend for 2 minutes to form a smooth puree. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and cook over low heat while stirring constantly until warmed through. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the soy parmesan cheese. Taste and adjust the seasonings, as needed. Use as a sauce for pasta, vegetables, or grains. This recipe yields 4 cups.
