  1. 2 Red bell peppers - cored, seeded,

  2. Deveined, cut small dice

  3. 1 Red onion - small dice (small)

  4. 1 Jalapeno - seeded, deveined,

  5. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Fresh cilantro leaves

  6. Juice of two limes

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Honey

  8. Tabasco sauce - to taste

  9. Salt - to taste

  10. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. The salsa is ready to eat as soon as it is prepared or can be stored covered tightly and refrigerated for about an hour.
