  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Balsamic vinegar

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Dry sherry

  3. 2/3 cup 157ml Olive oil

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Strong brewed coffee

  5. 6 Garlic cloves - roasted

  6. 2 Shallots - roasted

  7. 2 sections Fresh rosemary

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh thyme

  9. 2 Bay leaves - crumbled

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Kosher salt

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cracked black pepper

  12. 3 New York strip steaks - (12 oz ea)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum mixing bowl. Pour into a zip-lock bag. Add the steaks and marinate for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.

  2. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
