  1. 500 Lamb

  2. 200 Onions

  3. 50 Oil

  4. 5 Turmeric

  5. 15 Red chiles

  6. 2 Cilantro

  7. 20 Ginger-garlic paste

  8. 15 Cumin seeds

  9. Salt to taste

  1. Mix 125 grams onions, turmeric, red chiles, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and blend to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry well. Also add lamb pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. To this, add the above onion paste, salt and cook for another 5 minutes or until done by covering. Remove from heat, sprinkle chopped cilantro and serve with sliced onion rings on it.
