  1. Nectarine-Mulberry Pie

  2. 2 cups mulberries

  3. 3/4 cup sugar

  4. 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  5. 1 cup water

  6. 2 1/2 cups ripe nectarines, sliced

  7. 1 graham cracker pie crust

  8. Rinse berries and drain on paper towels. In a saucepan, combine

  9. sugar and cornstarch. Add 1 cup of the berries and the water. Cook,

  10. stirring often, over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a full

  11. 5 to 7 minutes. Arrange nectarines slices and remaining

  12. berries in an even layer in pastry; spoon hot berry mixture over

  13. fruit. Chill until glaze is set.
