  1. 1 pork escalope, sliced into strips

  2. 4 mushrooms , sliced

  3. olive oil

  4. butter

  5. 1 tsp smoked paprika

  6. 4 tbsp dry sherry

  7. 142ml tub soured cream

  8. cooked white and wild rice to serve

  1. Fry the pork and then the mushrooms in a little oil and butter until cooked. Add the paprika and fry for 1 minute, then add the sherry and bubble until it has evaporated.

  2. Stir in the soured cream and season well. Sprinkle with another pinch of paprika.
