  1. 1 pk Pillsbury Plus German

  2. - chocolate cake mix 1/2 c Instant Mashed potato flakes

  3. 1 ts Cream of tartar

  4. 1 ts Cinnamon

  5. 3/4 c Butter/margarine , melted

  6. 3 tb Milk

  7. 1 Egg

  8. 1/2 c Chopped nuts

  9. 1/4 c To

  10. 1/2 c sugar

  11. --FROSTING-- 1 c Powdered sugar

  12. 2 ts Unsweetened cocoa

  13. 1 tb Soft margarine or butter

  14. 1 tb To 2 tb milk

  15. 350. Combine first

  16. 7 ingredients; blend well. Stir in nuts. Let stand 5 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into sugar; gently toss until sugar coated. Place

  17. 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at

  18. 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. (Cookies will be soft in center.) Cool

  19. 1 minute; remove from pans. If desired, frost cookies. Combine frosting ingredients; blend until smooth. Spread on cooled cookies. Yield:
