  3. 1 pound yellow squash -- sliced

  4. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  5. 1/4 cup margarine

  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano

  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  8. 1 tomato -- cut into 8 wedges

  1. Saute squash and garlic in margarine until crisp-tender; stir in the seasonings. Add tomato wedges, and cook just until heated.
