  1. 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries

  2. 1 frozen banana

  3. 2 tablespoons almonds

  4. 1/4 cup rolled oats

  5. 1/2 cup low fat or soy milk

  6. 1 cup plain yogurt

  7. Pour milk and yogurt into the blender. Add the almonds and oatmeal. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.

  8. Place the frozen banana and berries into the blender with the milk mixture. Blend until smooth.
