  7. 1 Whole peeled tomatoes - chopped

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  9. 1 Red kidney beans

  1. Recipe Instructions Season beef with salt. Brown beef in hot skillet. Add onions, water, chile paste, tomatoes, sugar. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for another 1/2 hour.
