  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Margarine

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flour

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Confectioner's sugar

  4. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Brown sugar

  5. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Margarine - melted

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml White vinegar

  7. 2 Eggs

  8. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Raisins

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of butter with flour and icing sugar.

  2. Press into an 8" square pan. Cook uncovered in microwave, 4-5 minutes on full power. Beat together the remaining ingredients, except the raisins.

  3. Stir in raisins and pour over base. Bake in microwave 4-6 minutes on full power.
