  1. (A) 120g Margarine

  2. 100g Icy sugar

  3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

  4. 2 Egg yolks

  5. (B)

  6. 250g plain flour

  7. (C)

  8. 100g cooking chocolate

  1. Beat (A) until creamy , stir in (B) and make a dough.

  2. Flatten and cut into stick shapes. Bake at 160 degree celsius for 15 mins. Remove and leave to cool.

  3. Dip one side in melted chocolate. Leave to set and serve.
