  3. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Butter

  4. 4 Eggs

  5. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flour

  6. 1 3/4 cups 192g / 6.8oz Cocoa

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking powder

  9. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla Filling

  10. 1 Marshmallow fluff Frosting

  11. 6 tablespoons 90ml Butter - softened

  12. 3 tablespoons 45ml Milk

  13. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cocoa

  14. 1 2/3 cups 329g / 11oz Powdered sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Blend sugar, butter, eggs, flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Cover top of cake with marshmallow fluff, and bake for 10 more minutes. Allow cake to cool. To make the frosting, mix soft butter with milk. Add cocoa and powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake. Cut into squares. Makes 24 mudpies
