Slightly fry the tofu and keep aside Make a coarse powder of 2drychilly&coriender seeds In a oil fry the coarse powder for 3min,add chopped garlic&fry golden Then add,tomatoes,chilli powder,turmeric powder,bean sprouts Once it is cooked,cool down &make into a paste Add the paste to the tofu&cook in a low flame for 5-10 min Garnish with coriender leaf...
