  2. CROCKPOT SWEDISH STYLE STEAK

  6. 2 1/2 lb Boneless round steak

  7. 1 Bouillon cube, crumbled

  8. 3/4 c Water

  9. Salt and pepper

  10. 1/4 c Flour

  11. 1 t Dill weed

  12. 1 Medium onion sliced

  13. 1 c Sour cream

  14. Cut steak into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  15. Place in a crock-pot. Add dill, onion, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup

  16. 6 to 8 hours. Remove meat. Thicken

  17. juices with flour dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Turn control to

  18. high; cook 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in sour

  19. cream. Turn off the heat. Serve sauce over meat, with mashed potatoes
