  4. 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon onion, minced

  8. 1 teaspoon parsley

  1. Soak the bread crumbs in water for five minutes. Drain, and press to remove water.

  2. Combine chopped meat and bread crumbs, mixing well.

  3. Add the seasons; stir until well blended.

  4. Use to stuff a large fish and bake as directed. .
