  1. 1 Size crushed pineapple

  2. 1 Heavy syrup -

  3. 1/2 Heavy cream

  4. Cream cheese - 4

  5. 1 1/2 Unflavored gelatin

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  8. Sliced - halved cherries

  1. Soak the mold you are going to use in cold water, and set aside.

  2. Mix gelatin with 1/2 cup water and set aside. Heat pineapple and cream cheese until dissolved. (DO NOT BOIL).

  3. Add gelatin and stir. Cool.

  4. Whip the cream, but not too stiff, and add 1 tsp of sugar and vanilla.

  5. When pineapple mixture is cool, stir in the other ingredients. Put into mold.

  6. Refrigerate overnight.

  7. Unmold, and decorate with half-cherries.

  8. Refrigerate.
