  1. 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese , shredded

  2. 1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 10 oz pkg frozen drained 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham

  4. 6 baked potato es, split

  5. 1 tbsp fresh chives

  1. In large bowl, combine Gouda, soup, broccoli, and ham. Transfer mixture to 1½ slow cooker. Cover and cook on low-heat for 2½ to 3 hours or on high for 1½ hours. Meanwhile, prepare the baked potatoes. Stir ham mixture before serving. Spoon ham mixture over baked potatoes. Sprinkle with chives.
