  1. 1/4c Carrot

  2. 2 tb Onion

  3. 1 Eggs

  4. 1/4c Bread crumbs

  5. 1/4ts Dried oregano

  6. 1/2lb Ground pork

  7. 1/4c Shredded cheddar cheese

  1. + Directions : Chop onion, grate carrot. Cook carrot and onion in 2 tbls water, covered, on high about 2 minutes or until tender, drain. Stir in egg, bread crumbs, oregano and a dash of pepper. Add pork and mix well. Shape into two individual loaves. Place in a shallow baking dish. Cook, loosely covered, on high for 4 to 5 minutes or till no longer pink, giving the dish a quarter turn and draining off fat every 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, cook, uncovered on high for 45 second to 1 1/2 minutes or till cheese is melted. Serve Hot. Posted by Sheila Exner - Aug.
