  1. 1 teaspoon Sugar

  2. teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  3. 1 dash Garlic juice

  4. 1 cup Olive or salad oil

  5. 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

  6. 2 cans 15 oz. whole asparagus,drain

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  8. teaspoon Paprika

  9. cup Tarragon vinegar

  10. cup Chopped shallots or onions

  11. 2 tablespoons Chopped pimento

  12. 1 tablespoon Capers

  1. Combine sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic juice in a bowl. Add vinegar and oil slowly, beating constantly. Add onions or shallots, parsley, pimento, and capers. Mix well. Pour over asparagus and refrigerate overnite.
