  1. 1 1/3 cups 83g / 2.9oz Sifted flour

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine - soft

  4. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar - packed

  5. 1 cup 237ml Raspberry jam Topping

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped Oregon hazelnuts

  7. 1 Egg

  8. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  9. 1 Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix flour, sugar, salt and margarine with a pastry blender until all combined. Pack into the bottom of a greased shallow pan 10" x 12". Spread with jam. Bake in a 350F oven for 8 minutes. Spread with topping, then bake for 20 minutes. Cut while warm.
