  1. 2 heads of broccoli

  2. 3 tbsp. butter

  3. 2 tbsp. light olive oil

  4. 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  5. 3 tbsp. freshly-sqeezed lemon juice salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Steam broccoli for 5-6 minutes until tender.

  2. Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat; add the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
