  1. Grilled Herbed Potatoes

  2. 3 pounds small red potatoes, skinned

  3. 1 cup green onions, sliced thinly

  4. 4 tablespoons olive oil

  5. 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

  6. 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped

  8. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  9. salt and pepper

  10. Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling salt water until tender.

  11. Drain and cool. Preheat grill. Cut potatoes in half and place in a large bowl. Add

  12. 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss. Grill potatoes over a medium

  13. heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer to bowl. Add

  14. remaining ingredients and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
