  1. 3 cup(s) (cooked diced) chicken breast , skinless 1 bunch(es) florets , chopped, stems peeled and chopped 1 medium onion , diced 1 can(s) (7-oz. sliced) mushrooms, drained

  2. 1/2 cup(s) (grated reduced-fat) Cheddar cheese

  3. 1 can(s) (15-oz fat-free) chicken broth

  4. 1/2 cup(s) (plain nonfat) yogurt

  5. 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

  6. 2 tablespoon(s) flour

  7. 1 cup(s) (dried) bread crumbs

  8. 1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes

  9. tablespoon(s) onion flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli florets and stems, onion, mushrooms and cheese.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, yogurt, lemon juice and flour until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture and stir to coat.
