  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 1/4 kg. lodh powdered fine, sieved through muslin mesh.

  3. 1/4 kg. sugar powdered fine, or more if required

  4. 1/4 kg. ghee, heat, keep aside

  5. DIRECTIONS:

  6. Mix sugar and lodh together, check taste.

  7. Mix in more sugar if required.

  8. Add half ghee, stir and mix to a very soft lump.

  9. Add more ghee only if and as much as required.

  10. Make approx. 20 small lemonsized balls.

  11. Store in airtight container.

  12. Take 2 of these rounds, with a glass of milk, each morning.

  13. To be taken till it lasts, approx. 10 days.
