  1. 175g pasta shapes, such as penne or farfalle

  2. 150g pot cherry tomato and pesto stir-in sauce

  3. 4tbsp low-fat Greek-style yogurt

  4. 200g large cooked, peeled prawns

  5. 4 salad onions, thinly sliced

  6. cucumber, chopped

  7. 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped

  8. 1 Romaine or cos lettuce, roughly chopped

  9. Handful of fresh basil leaves

  1. Cook the pasta shapes in lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 mins, or according to pack instructions.

  2. Tip the stir-in sauce into a large salad bowl. Mix in the yogurt, then add the prawns, salad onions, cucumber and peppers.

  3. Rinse the pasta with cold water to cool it quickly, drain thoroughly, then add to the salad bowl and toss with the other ingredients.

  4. Serve with lettuce leaves and garnish with a few fresh basil leaves.
