  1. 2 (185g) tins tuna in water, drained

  2. 1/2 head broccoli, finely chopped

  3. 1/2 head cauliflower, finely chopped

  4. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  5. 2 stalks celery, finely chopped

  6. 225g (8 oz) reduced fat mayonnaise, or to taste

  7. 4 pittas

  1. In a large bowl, toss together the tuna, broccoli, cauliflower, onion and celery. Stir in mayonnaise until the salad reaches your desired consistency. Serve on pitta bread.
