  1. 1 (10-ounce) Package frozen broccoli , chopped or enough for a layer to cover the bottom of the dish

  2. 4 Large Chicken breast or 1 pack, cubed and seasoned

  3. 1 (10 3/4-ounce) Can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken *if you don't like mushrooms

  4. 1/2 Cup mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 Cup sour cream

  6. 1 1/2 Cup grated sharp Cheddar , and a bit for topping (*use 2 cups if you want it really cheesy)

  7. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  8. 1 Tsp.Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper

  9. 1/4 Cup dry white wine

  10. 1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan

  11. 1/2 Cup soft bread crumbs

  12. 2 tablespoons butter , melted

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. You will need a 13x9inch casserole dish, sprayed with vegetable cooking oil cooking spray or you could use 1 tablespoon of olive oil, spread over the bottom of the dish (the back of a spoon is good for this) Place Broccoli in microwave safe dish, add 3 tablespoons of water and cover with a paper towel. Microwave broccoli for 2-3 minutes until thawed. Drain the broccoli and put into a casserole dish, cover bottom of dish with a layer of broccoli. Add the cubed chicken on top as the second layer. In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, to taste, and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce. Pour the sauce evenly over the broccoli and chicken. Pat down evenly and smooth with a spatula. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs, and butter (use a fork to mix and make sure bread crumbs are mixed well with the butter, so they will brown nicely) Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until your bread crumbs are nice and brown. Garnish with fresh parsley if you like! White rice is great with this dish. Th
