  1. Carrot Pineapple

  2. 1 pkg carrots, cooked/sliced

  3. 1/2 cup carrot juice

  4. 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved

  5. 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  6. 1 Tbsp cornstarch

  7. 1/4 tsp salt

  8. 2 Tbsp butter

  9. Combine carrot juice and pineapple juice together. Gradually add

  10. cornstarch and salt into pan. Cook until thick. Add butter and blend. Add carrots and pineapple. Combine slowly. Heat once again

  11. until semi thick. Serve.
