  1. 1 2 1/2-3 lb Frying Chicken

  2. 1/2 c Lemon juice

  3. 1/2 c Vegtable oil

  4. 1/4 c Imported Soy Sauce

  5. 1 ts Grated Ginger Root OR 1 tb Ground ginger

  6. 1 ts Onion Salt

  7. 1/4 ts Garlic Powder

  1. chicken in to serving parts if not already in that form.

  2. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

  3. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.

  4. Cover, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  5. Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.

  6. Refrigerate leftovers
