  5. 1/2 lb Noodles; broad egg

  6. 3 Eggs

  7. 3/4 c Sugar

  8. 1 tb Lemon juice

  9. 2 tb Shortening

  10. 3/4 c Raisins; chopped seedless

  11. 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped

  12. 1/2 c Bread crumbs

  13. Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :45

  14. Preheat oven to 400F. Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender

  15. but not soft. Drain well and rinse under hot water tap. Beat eggs with

  16. sugar and lemon juice. Mix well with noodles. Melt shortening and coat

  17. baking dish with it and pour into dish. Turn half of mixture into dish,

  18. cover with raisins and walnuts, then add rest of mixture and top with

  19. 45 minutes at
