  1. 1 kg Green tomatoes

  2. 1 ea Lemon

  3. 1 c Water

  4. 3 c Sugar

  1. Slice tomatoes and lemon thinly. Put tomatoes, lemon and sugar into a pot with the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

  2. Transfer to a warmed sterile jars.
