  7. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped

  8. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Bell pepper - chopped fine

  9. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Green onion and tops - chopped

  11. 1 Garlic - minced

  1. Make roux of flour and oil. Brown in iron skillet.

  2. Add onion, bell pepper and green onion.

  3. Add hot water and simmer on low heat.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat until done.
