  5. 2 oz MARGARINE

  6. 8 oz PECAN HALVES

  7. 1/2 ts SALT

  8. Preheat oven 350 F. Melt margarine in saucepan.

  9. Stir pecans in

  10. melted margarien until they are thoroughly

  11. coated. Spread pecans

  12. on a cookie sheet.

  13. 15 to 20 minutes in

  14. 350 F oven until lightly

  15. toasted,

  16. stirring once. Remove from oven. Sprinkle lightly

  17. with salt. Let

  18. cool and serve. Store in airtight container.

  19. Yields 1/2 lb.
