  1. 1/4 c pine nuts, soaked

  2. 2 tbsp dijion mustard

  3. 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  4. 2 cloves garlic

  5. 1/4 c water the juice of

  6. 1 lemon

  7. 1/2 tbsp of tamari, soy sauce or liquid aminos

  8. 1 tbsp olive oil

  9. 1/4 tsp white pepper

  10. 1 tsp black pepper

  1. start by soaking the pine nuts for at least one hour until they are soft. drain the water and add them to a food processor. add all other ingredients to the food processor and pulse for a minute or two, until well mixed. that’s all! simply toss into a salad, traditionally made of romaine lettuce and croutons, maybe garnished with slices or tomato, lemon, or avocado. i used black kale and it complimented the dark leafy green well.
