  1. 3 c. oats "quick"

  2. 1/2 c. oat bran (from Trader Joes)

  3. 1 c. whole wheat flour

  4. 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour

  5. 1/2 cup stone ground whole wheat flour

  6. 2 tsp. cinnamon

  7. 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder

  8. 1 tsp. baking soda

  9. 1 c. raisin s SECOND MIXTURE:

  10. 1/2 to 1 c. dark brown sugar (use 3/4 cup)

  11. 1/4 c. molasses , optional

  12. 2 c. applesauce then

  13. 2 more c. of any combination: a

  14. 2 more c. applesauce or b

  15. 1 c. apple juice

  16. 1 c. milk or c

  17. 1 c. apple juice or d

  18. 1 c. nonfat yogurt

  19. 1/2 c. apple juice

  20. 1/2 c. water ( I used this and it was really moist and good. For the yogurt I used Dannon "light and fit" vanilla nonfat )

  1. DIRECTIONS: Mix first mixture together. Mix second mixture together. Then combine the two together- mix well. Spray tins with PAM. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. regular size or 24 small size muffins, but you must “stuff” them and pile up each muffin high. Store in ziplock to keep moist. No fat (other than what’s in ingredients naturally), no egg, no milk (if you wish or have a problem). High fiber. A complete meal.
