  1. 3 cups water

  2. 2 cups quick-cooking oats

  3. 2/3 cup sugar

  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  6. 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons refrigerated French vanilla nondairy creamer

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in the oats, sugar and salt. Remove from the heat; stir in the blueberries and creamer. Yield: 4 servings.
