  8. 1 pk Unflavored gelatin

  9. 1/2 c Cold water

  10. 8 oz Light cream cheese -- softened

  11. 1 c Plain low-fat yogurt

  12. 1/3 c Sugar

  13. 1 tb Grated lemon peel

  14. 1 tb Lemon juice

  15. 1/4 ts Vanilla

  16. 4 Ice cubes

  17. 1 1/2 c Seedless grapes -- halved

  18. In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 min to

  19. soften. Warm over low heat to dissolve. Combine in blender softened

  20. gelatin, cream cheese, yogurt, sugar. lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla.

  21. Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Add ice cubes; blend until

  22. 6 oz

  23. dishes. Pour cheese mixture over each, dividing equally. Chill until set.

  24. Garnish with additional grated lemon peel and grapes, if desired.
