  4. 1 cucumber peeled and diced

  5. 2 tsp salt

  6. 1 tsp dill weed

  7. 2 cps plain yougurt

How to make it Place salmon filets in baking dish slice onion thinly and cover salmon with slices sprinkle with dill weed pour wine over fish to cover and bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or untill fish is well cooked but not over done While fish is poaching chop cucumber finely and place in bowl sprinkle with salt. let sit When fish is done add yogurt and dill to cucumbers. Mix well Place one salmon filet on plate and cover with sauce. This is wonderful with little new potatoes and asparagus.
