  1. Base

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chocolate wafer crumbs

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Margarine - melted

  4. Body

  5. 3 Cream cheese - soften

  6. 2/3 cup 131g / 4.6oz Sugar

  7. 3 Eggs

  8. 1 Semi-sweet chocolate

  9. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Crme de menthe mint - chopped

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Crust: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.

  2. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

  3. Body: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  4. Blend in chocolate, mint wafers, sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust.

  5. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

  6. Garnish with additional mint wafers, if desired.
