  1. 1/4c Margarine or butter

  2. 1/2c All-purpose flour

  3. 1 ts Paprika

  4. 1/2ts Salt

  5. 1/4ts Pepper

  6. 1 3-pound broiler-fryer Chicken, cut up

  1. + Directions : Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat margarine in rectangular pan 13 X 9 X 2 inches, in oven until melted. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
