  1. Potato Patties

  2. 2 tsps lemon juice

  3. 1 lb potatoes

  4. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. 2 tsp bread crumbs

  7. corn oil

  8. First boil the potatoes. Then peel and mash them. Add the lemon

  9. juice, garam masala, salt, and bread crumbs to the patatoes in a

  10. large bowl. Mix them very well. Using a frying pan, put the oil on

  11. it and then make little little balls out of the mixture and fry

  12. them. Fry 4-5 of them at a time. Fry until golden brown.
