  2. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  3. 2 teaspoons thyme -- minced

  4. 2 teaspoons white wine

  5. 1 tablespoon minced onion -- plus

  6. 1 teaspoon 2 garlic cloves

  1. Preparation : Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Broil until done as desired (3-4 minutes for rare meat, 5-7 minutes for medium meat, and 8-9 minutes for well-done meat). The recommended wines are: Beaujolais or Chianti. NOTES : Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
