  1. 6 cups water

  2. 1 1/3 cup elbow macaroni

  3. 112 g Velveeta cheese

  4. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  5. 2 tbsp. milk

  6. 1/4 tsp. salt

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add macaroni and cook 10 to 12 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. While macaroni is cooking, combine Velveeta, cheddar, milk and salt in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth, stirring frequently. Drain macaroni and return to pan. Add cheese sauce and stir gently until macaroni is well coated. Serve immediately.
