  1. GARLIC TURKEY

  2. 1 turkey

  3. 1 - 2 cups white wine

  4. 20 - 40 garlic cloves, separated, skins on

  5. Place garlic on bottom of baking pan (or bag!), and put the turkey

  6. on top. Pour the wine over the turkey, and rub a single garlic

  7. clove over the outside and inside of the bird. Insert thermometer.

  8. Bake according to package directions, or at 325 degrees until

  9. thermometer pops out. Pour off liquid and save for gravy. Save

  10. garlic cloves in a small bowl, and serve with your meal. Simply

  11. squeeze garlic onto bread or hard rolls for a roasted-garlic treat!
