  1. 16 ounces Can refried beans

  2. 1 teaspoon Chili powder

  3. 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

  4. 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

  5. 1 pounds Turkey breast, cooked, chopped

  6. cup Onion, diced

  7. 4 ounces Green chili pepper, diced

  8. 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped

  9. 1 teaspoon Salt

  10. teaspoon Pepper

  11. 1 cup Tomatoes, finely chopped

  12. 10 1/2 ounce Bag nacho chips

  13. 2 cups Shredded monterey jack cheese

  1. Combine beans, chili powder and cumin, heating through.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Add turkey, onion, chilies, cilantro, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occassionally, until onion is tender. Remove from heat and stir in tomato.

  3. Preheat oven to 425. Spread about 1 teaspoon of bean mixture over each chip . Place in a single layer ona greased baking sheet. Spoon about 1 tablesppon of turkey mixture on top of each chip.
